ADM [Agency Development Manager]

The primary responsibility of an ADM lies in to recruitment of quality agents and following are the minimum criteria that we will focus when we hire an ADM candidate.

1) Age Group - 25 to 36
2) Preferred a Married Candidate
3) DO NOT prefer Freshers or people with Airlines, law, Non Sales Background
4) He should have spent not less than an year in any of his existing/previous 2 jobs
5) Should have spent not less than 2 years in the city where he opt
6) An Ideal candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience (Exceptions allowed for extremely good candidates)
7) Should be a Graduate
8) Package range - 3.5L to 4.5L (Exceptions allowed for extremely good candidates)
